| Large Fan Testing Facility |
To accommodate the measurement of fan and blower test data, a computer-controlled, automatic testing facility is installed in the Suzuka Factory.
Further, the facility is completely outfitted with test-ducting for the complete product range, and also noise-reduction silencers. To further reduce environmental impact and the affect on the neighboring community, a noise-shielding wall was built on the facility perimeter. |

The SUZUKA Plant was established in 1967 to manufacture wind- and water-power machinery, such as large general-use fans, automatic water-way trash collectors, pump station peripheral equipment, and industrial building-material machinery, such as vibration sieves.

In 1984, the plant expanded its production range to include the manufacture of steel-plate fabricated, general-industry fans and blowers.
Production equipment include NC plasma cutting machines, automatic copying gas cutting machines, shearing machines, large bending rollers and brake presses. Conventional and fully automatic robot welders round-out the production equipment, allowing for a wide-range of highly efficient manufacture.
The plant is also equipped with dynamic balancing machines, and a fully-automatic test operation and measurement facility, such that each fan type can be fully tested and inspected.
With regard to Quality Management, the acquisition of ISO9001-2000 certification added further credibility to an already established reputation for product reliability, and Ebara Hamada Blower continues to deliver the highest quality fans and blowers available, not only to the domestic Japan market, but in an ever-increasing share to the global market as well.
Furthermore, a formal environmental management system certified under ISO14001 ensures that the factory is environment-friendly. |
